Enter Sirion instance URL and credentials below then click 'Connect' button
- Encrypted credentials are sent with every request, session will not time out

CDR form is generated above, containing only required fields without a default value
- Removing these required fields from the CDR form may cause submit to fail

Scroll down to add additional fields to the CDR form by selecting checkbox
- Parent and child fields are automatically added/removed together
- Field values are filtered based upon user login

Before demo, test CDR submit and hide setup section
- Enter field values, click 'Submit' button, click displayed link to new CDR and verify
- Click 'Status' to clear form and status message
- Click '▼ Setup' above to collapse/expand this setup section
